What we do

  • Basic tax return

Individuals earning a salary with allowances (for example vehicle, fuel or medical) and basic deductions such as medical aid, retirement annuity or pension contributions must submit a single annual return (ITR12). We complete it, review it with you and submit it once you approve.

  • Commission earners

When commission makes up 50% or more of your gross income, different rules apply to what you can claim. We assess your tax profile, prepare your return and make sure your expenses are properly supported.

  • Sole proprietors

If you trade in your own name rather than through a company, your business income is declared on your personal return. We can help annually, with your two provisional tax submissions (IRP6), or more regularly, and we also handle VAT and PAYE if you are registered for them.

  • SARS eFiling set-up

We help register or take over your SARS eFiling profile so that your returns, correspondence and assessments are managed in one place.

Who this is for

  • Salaried employees with a travel, cellphone or other allowance
  • Taxpayers claiming medical, retirement annuity or pension deductions
  • Commission earners
  • Sole proprietors trading in their personal name
  • Provisional taxpayers

How it works

  1. Consultation

We meet in person at our Centurion office or online, whichever suits you, to understand your tax profile and agree on pricing.

  2. Set-up

We gather your documents and, where needed, set up or take over your SARS eFiling profile so we can act on your behalf.

  3. Prepare and approve

We prepare everything and walk you through it. Nothing is submitted until you have approved it.

Frequently asked questions

SARS auto-assessed me. Do I still need to do anything?

If the auto-assessment is correct and complete, you do not have to file. If it is missing income or deductions, such as medical expenses, a retirement annuity or travel claims, you should file a corrected return before the deadline. We can check it for you.

Who counts as a provisional taxpayer?

Generally anyone who earns income that is not fully taxed through PAYE, such as rental, business, freelance or significant investment income. Provisional taxpayers make two payments during the tax year and have a later annual filing deadline.
